    We can offer on-going remote support for all our clients (including Mac and Linux computers) after an initial on-site configuration.  On-going remote support can be purchased by the hour or as part on an ongoing managed service contract from good electrons.

1. System Check and Assessment

A Good Electrons technician will make an initial connection to your computer to guarantee that we understand your problem and that remote support can be used to solve your problem.

2. Make a Payment

A price will be quoted for the repair. If you would like us to make the repair you can make a payment to good electrons through PayPal.

3. Watch as your Problem is Solved

Once payment has been verified with PayPal a Good Electrons technician will perform the services discussed.
